The hotel had spacious and quiet rooms with a comfortable bed and pillows. The shower was great, and the old rose petals in the bathroom behind the tub were a treat. However, the most expensive junior suite with balcony had some issues with the shower and tub configuration.

The staff went out of their way to remedy the situation, which was much appreciated. While they were friendly and attempted to resolve the complaint with reward points, there was a slight delay in following through on their word.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of everything. It was convenient to walk to various attractions and amenities in the downtown area. The proximity to the Great American Ballpark and the Bengals stadium was a major plus.

Initially, I must say that overall, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were nice and clean, but I had to wait an extra 2 hours upon arrival, making me late for an event. Unfortunately, the layout was not the best as the hotel felt super empty.

The service used to be very helpful with reservations and complex logistics but faltered on dealing with simple requests. However, the staff were all very friendly, conversationalists, and knowledgeable about the beers available.

The location was central with great shopping and dining close by, perfect for walking to both Great American Ballpark and the Bengals stadium. However, the tub caulking issues and not being able to enjoy a hot bath/shower were minor inconveniences.
